But you know what, despite my own anxieties, I would like to think I’m getting to the point in my life at 44 years of age where I don’t give a shit anymore. We are all here for a limited time, then the lights switch off, why spend those moments worrying about what other people think. Other people who are going vanish soon.

In 100 years time pretty much everyone in existence right now will be gone, replaced by a new generation. Some names will be remembered, others like myself, long forgotten. So what is the point in giving a shit right?

So if you like having a punt, does it really matter if you return a profit or not? Stop stressing about all those little things in life because soon they will all be gone anyway.
