According to their bio on X, Clever Bets Tips are the number 1 football tipster since 2013. Really? In what sense? I would quite like to hear justification for that statement. Put it this way, I disagree.
The first thing I always look for when adding a tipster profile to Betting Kingdom is profit and loss. I’ve not been able to locate that for Clever Bets Tips. They boast over 100,000 followers on X, slightly less than the accounts they follow back, but impressive nonetheless.
They have a smart looking website too, with the bold introduction of an 85% strike rate for their Betting Challengers. I can only assume this refers to Rolling Accumulators when most picks are around the 1.1 -1.3 mark? So a pointless stat without any P/L to hand.
They do have a results page. Yipee. Upon closer inspection it appears to just list their winners. What’s the point in that?
I guess if you’re a casual punter and don’t mind whether you win or lose, then a tipster like this could be useful. I get the impression this service is aimed at who we in the industry call “mug punters”. Rolling Accas, Goals Galore Tips, Trebles, Accas etc etc. If the demand is there, why not exploit it. The fast food industry is booming, yet those who use it know it’s bad for them. Same logic right?
Perhaps if you are one of the punters who signed up to this service, you can leave a review and offer better insight for me. But based on my experience in the industry this isn’t a tipster I would be recommending.
