Stephen Harris is the Racing Editor for Betting Expert offering daily tips on horse racing. He appears to post a Daily Nap and a Value Angle each day.
All of his selections come with short insight and there are also videos uploaded to the Betting Expert You Tube Channel that you can watch.
In his bio it says that Stephen makes a living from his gambling having formally been an on course bookmaker for 20 years and worked as a Senior Trader.
So if anyone knows how to gain an edge and beat the bookies, then surely he’s our man. But will I be following his tips?
I’m not so sure. The idea of tipping everyday screams more about producing content and enticing clicks than long term profit.
A few other things concern me. There is no staking plan which is something every tipster should have. How do we know how much to bet? How can we determine the perceived value in a selection if there are no points recommended?
There also appears to be no record of his profit and loss at Betting Expert. That always surprises me. Why pay the best tipsters to come onto your site and not display their results.
So I think based on my own insight I probably won’t be following Stephen Harris anytime soon but based on his CV I can certainly see the appeal.
