As gamblers we are often left twitching to find out next investment. Betting gives us a buzz that is sometimes missing in our daily lives. An excitement, a thrill, an interest.
Without it we can feel lost, numb or hollow. But it’s important to be sensible and in control of our emotions. No every day has to be a gambling day. We don’t have to pull our phone out and scroll down flashscores at every opportunity.

Horse racing is always an option but that doesn’t suit my rolling accumulator approach as winners are likely to be to scarce. So I’ve been patient. I’ll wait to the weekend now I think when the proper football returns.
Making a profit gambling online is tough and this will be made even tougher if you start betting on days when there just aren’t the opportunities there.
Do something else, spend some time with the family, watch a movie, go for a walk. Just don’t feel obliged to gamble everyday. You’re almost certainly more likely to be better off for adopting this approach.
