As you can tell, I’m a little indecisive.

PayPal is directly linked to my bank account or credit card, making deposits and withdrawals seamless and quick. This immediacy is perfect for spontaneous gaming decisions, and it’s perfect for someone like me.

Customer Service

Customer service is essential for me, and I must admit – AstroPay was better. You wouldn’t think it – PayPal is a multi-billion dollar company used worldwide. AstroPay isn’t that big, but I still found the customer service better.

AstroPay offers around-the-clock support via email, which is great – but sometimes, I need more immediate assistance. Does that make PayPal any better? No. PayPal expands the support spectrum with phone, email, and live chat options – but it isn’t always accessible. Phones go unanswered, emails take days for a response, and I end up getting annoyed. Although PayPal has more options for me to communicate with them, I do prefer AstroPay for customer service.

Am I an expert on PayPal or AstroPay? No. Do I feel like one after writing this article? Yes. Both of the platforms are good; there’s no denying that. All you have to do is Google reviews of them to see that. But if you use them (they’re both free), you get a feel for which is better. You can use PayPal almost everywhere online. AstroPay is a bit more niche, but you can still use it. All you need to do is set up an account and use it on a casino website.

But the purpose of this article was for me to pick one. If I have to pick one that’s more convenient, I’d pick PayPal. Don’t shoot me if you prefer AstroPay.
