With the Premier League Darts league now over and the final line up for the finals confirmed for Thursday 22nd October, we look ahead who is most likely to take home the Premier League this year where it is all up for grabs due to the absence of Michael Van Gerwen who has won the competition for the past four years straight.
Favourite going into the finals is none other than the man in-form and the current World Champion Peter Wright. He is 13/8 top win the Prem because of how he is throwing his darts at the moment, simply immaculate. Since winning that first world championship, Wright has come into his own and become a virtually unplayable darts player. He finished the league stage with 4 consecutive wins including an 8-1 demolition of current champions Michael Van Gerwen.

Nathan Aspinall was looking unlikely to quality at all but with MvG losing momentum, Aspinall secured the final spot with a 124 finish against Durrant on Night 16.
