Following lots of tipsters is not a 9-5 job! Quite the opposite in fact. I want to clarify before I start this rant (if you can call it a rant), that I’m not criticizing the tipsters here, I’m just preparing punters for what potentially lies ahead.
Tipsters will post selections at all hours of the day. When it comes to free services I don’t have a problem with this. The advice is free, take the tips you can and don’t moan about those you miss.
It’s a bit different if it’s a paid service as the tipster should respect their customers and try to ensure they post selections when the majority of their subscribers are able to place bets.
Anyhow, the main point of today’s punters diary is that the more tipsters you follow, the more likely you will find yourself placing bets early in the morning and late at night.
The last 9 hours is a good example. There were updates at 23:46 and 00:37 last night. I was asleep.
This morning tips are posted as early as 8am.
The simply solution would be to follow tipsters that post their selections when you are online. But trust me, it’s not that easy. Tipsters are not consistent. That’s not their fault, it might be when markets open or just when they have free time.
The biggest thing you need to accept from the start, is you will miss tips, winning tips. You will miss the best prices. If a tipster is advertising a 10% ROI, it’s 99% likely you will not match that.
That’s not to say the tipster isn’t worth following, but you just need to see if the timing of the tips is normally suitable to your schedule.
Sorry if this feels like I’m moaning. I’m not. I’m just trying to get the reality across as to when you need to be online to place bets, if following a large number of tipsters.
