I’ll be honest. I’m cream crackered.
It’s 22:20 here in the South East of England. I started work this morning shortly before 9am. I even passed on the opportunity of a family get together. Sorry fam!!
Boxing Day is one of the busiest days of the years for bookmakers and punters so it felt right to bring back my punters diary. If this tipster comparison site is going to work, then I myself as a punter, need to prove to others how it’s done.
My first quest is to find as many tipsters to review as possible. Along the way I will follow those that suit my punter methods and see if they prove profitable for me.
Hopefully I can provide some words of wisdom along the way to help assist with your own quest to beat the bookies.
My first nugget is to track your bets. I’m now using the excellent Bettin.gs. It’s much quicker than using a spreadsheet and if you are willing to pay the £10 per month it will automatically work out your profit per tipster and bookmaker. For the time it saves me, it’s worth the investment.
🍾 WINNER 🍾

Take today for instance. I’ve used the filter to calculate all of today’s bets. Turns out I placed 38. Is that a lot?
36.8% of them won. I staked 27.25pts (£10 per point). I made a profit of +2.1pts (£21) and my ROI was 7.6%. If you love stats, they are great and so easy to find using the Bettin.gs site.
I got a little unlucky today. I stumbled on racing tipster Gary Connolly who between January – November is the most profitable tipster I have reviewed so far. +702pts. Sadly that wasn’t evident today.
Follow my lead though and no matter how profitable a tipster is, when you first start following them, do so with caution. Build up the trust, make sure that tipster is right for you and then increase the stakes.
So whilst Gary had a shocker I only came out -3pts.
The football looked to be going very badly until Caidedo picked up a late card (+5.5pts), tipped by Rushy. Wolves late winner at Goodison Park also meant it was +2.08pts from Anthony Dabbundo.
Thanks to Go Collect, Tipster Wizard, Mark O’Haire, Jake Osgathorpe and Sam Ingram who also landed me winners.
I need to go and have lie down and rest a cold flannel on my head. I’ll be back tomorrow with more tipster reviews and I may even update my punters diary later in the week.
