Golf has been the sport which has seen my profit catapult over 100 points in recent weeks. It was a slippery slope this weekend with very little going my way.
From 4 outright winners last Sunday, to just a couple of place returns. Made worse by the fact I somehow missed Jamie Worsley’s LPGA Tour winner, having backed his selections across all over events.
Mistakes happen. That just happened to be quite an expensive one and will obviously affect my profit/loss following JW, but equally over the long run I’m likely to miss losing bets as well, which did happen at the weekend with a different tipster.
I’ve not got an exact figure but I believe the golf losses this weekend to be around -20pts. So if you are new to golf betting and expect immediate returns, be careful. You can quickly lose hundreds of pounds, if not more, depending on your staking plan.
These are my latest stats following golf tipsters. Again bear in mind I did miss a winner this weekend from Jamie Worsley.
Jamie Worsley – 180 Bets 0.6% ROI
Mark Ledsham – 135 Bets 3.3% ROI
Ben Coley – 85 Bets 52.4% ROI
Golf Betting Club – 72 Bets 49.5% ROI
Matt Vincenzi – 45 Bets 275% ROI
All 5 golf tipsters have been profitable to date which is an excellent start. I just need to pay more attention to the Tweets and try not to miss anymore winners.
My overall profit stands at +94.4pts and my ROI is 12.4%.
It’s the US Open this week so fingers crossed it can be another profitable tournament and those tipsters listed above can continue to deliver the results.
Just remember, if you are new to golf betting, start off with low stakes. There’s always plenty of opportunity to increase them in 6-12 months time once you’ve built up your betting balance.
