One bet a day max. However I don’t work Sundays as I’m off to run the Rye 10 miler (boring, soz). So I’m sharing two picks for the weekend in this single post.
First up I’m following Tom Collins who made me a lot of money when I was tracking tipsters last year. His results were outstanding. He offers a paid US service now via Patreon but shares free tips via his SBK blog.
This weekend he has 3 tips but I’m leaning towards Ejaabiyah in the 17:15 at Newbury. I know nothing about horse racing but I will share the insight that Tom provided in his blog.
The pedigree here is impressive with Frankel and Australian Mare Estijaab, who won the Golden Slipper as a two year old, suggesting this horse could have real talent.
Last seen in November at Kempton Park she pulled away impressively to win by 6 lengths. The runner up that day was Shawaa who is now rated 92 and has placed in listed company.
This will be her turf debut after a break but Tom says the ceiling is sky high so I’m putting my faith in his knowledge. Odds of 10/3 are widely available.

My second pick comes from the Arsenal v Everton Premier League clash on Sunday and I’m backing Declan Rice to have a shot on target.
This was put up by Emmet O’Keefe on the Betfair Podcast. He’s actually a trader for Betfair (he creates the odds) so it should be fairly obvious to him when a price is out of line. Although is he just trying to tempt us to back something that is poor value? Hmmmm….
I’m sure that’s not the case as they want to attract listeners. There is even money available elsewhere.
The stats are good and focus around the fact Declan Rice is playing in a more advanced position than where he started the season. Partey or Jorginho are now being used in the holding role giving Rice more freedom to roam forward.
In his last 6 games Rice has attempted 15 shots on goal. In 4 of his last 5 matches this bet landed. He’s had 12 shots on target in his last 17 matches.
This is a must win game for Arsenal and it’s likely they’ll be taking a lot of shots on goal. Take the Even money. If you didn’t see yesterdays tip then I put Mateta up anytime goalscorer at 11/8. That price is still available.
The golf bet from Wednesday is looking good with Matsuyama -7 through 36 holes. He’s 4 shots clear of Hisatsune who is the only other Japanese player to make the weekend.
With 4 unsettled bets, my pot has dropped to £45.93, having started at £50, but the ROI before those bets was a whopping 54.9% so it’s going well. Good luck with your bets this weekend and always gamble responsibly.
Saturday Bet: 17:15 Newbury – Ejaabiyah – 4.33
Sunday Bet: Declan Rice Over 0.5 Shots on Target – 2.0
