You know what. I’ve had enough of the Euro’s. Not necessary from a betting perspective but from a spectacle point of view. How shit were the Quarter Finals?
I almost envy my friends who have no interest in football and I can’t help but think their lives are better for not committing so much time to watching England bore us to an early grave. It’s painful, frustrating and equally quite addictive.
So instead today I have focused my attention on the Wimbledon Quarter Finals. I’m opting for the first of the two clashes, partly because I’ll be at home and able to stick my iPad on in the background whilst I create my latest parkrun adventures vlog from Folkestone.
I’ve stumbled on some decent tennis tipsters over the past 9 days and I think I can add Isaac Gartzman to that list. Anyone that Action Network employs to post free betting tips for their platform, I instantly have trust in.
It’s the first time I have come across his work, hardly surprising given he’s only published 6 posts to date. But I was very impressed with the insight and preview he wrote for this Quarter Final clash.
His confidence was backed up when I read the Racing Post preview and Andy Schooler’s article at Sporting Life. All 3 fancy a comfortable win for the Italian World Number 1.

The market I have opted for is Under 38.5 Games. The price on these markets is normally close across the board, but Unibet are offering 1.95, much bigger than what Dee has posted at just 1.83.
Sinner is playing superbly right now and on a 9 match winning streak on the grass. This is a surface that Medvedev has struggled on down the years and doesn’t really help his one dimensional defensive approach, with bigger hitters able to hit through the court much easier.
Sinner has won the last 5 meetings between these two players including that epic comeback to land his first Grand Slam in Melbourne at the start of the year.
The last time they met, in the semi finals in Miami it was a very one sided affair with Sinner cruising through with a 6-1 6-2 victory. Hopefully we get a set score like that somewhere in the match which would allow for Sinner to lose a set and this bet still prove a winner.
Good luck to all those betting and watching the Euro’s tonight. Hopefully the excitement levels increase significantly. I’ll be watching the tennis thank you very much.
Bet: Sinner v Medvedev – Under 38.5 Games – 0.5pts @ 1.95
