Firstly thank you to everyone that has been posting tipster reviews in recent weeks. It really does help the site continue to grow and your feedback will help other punters make the right decisions when it comes to which tipsters to follow.
I’m loving my betting again. Helped largely down to the results over the weekend. After a shocking start to his final round on Sunday Aaron Rai came up with the goods on the back 9 to deliver a full payout in the Top 20 market. That’s back to back winners in that market in recent weeks.
I used a free bet from SpreadEx to boost my funds. Having started with £50 less than one month ago, my pot has nearly doubled to £93.99, giving me a ROI of 41.36%. Obvious that isn’t going to last but this selective approach is proving fun for me as I just don’t have the time these days to place and track lots of bets.
Something I’ve been guilty of myself as both a punter and a tipster, on a quiet day like this is betting on a sport or match I would normally stay way clear of. Don’t make that same mistake. England take on Bosnia in a friendly and you’re better off finding a bet later in the week.
That’s exactly what I have done and this selection is one of my own. It’s inspired by the excellent stats shared on the Betfair Cricket podcast. The tip is from the USA v Pakistan match on Thursday.

I’ve backed Rizwan to be the Top Pakistan batsman at 3/1. This price is crazy given the bet has landed over 40% of the time in the past 2 years.
I actually still have records of my tips from when the last T20 World Cup took place. I backed Rizwan 7 times during that tournament to be the Top Pakistan Batsman and it paid out 3 times, netting me over 8pts of profit. I plan to do the same at every opportunity in this tournament, as long as the bookies keep offering generous prices.
He’s as short as 7/4 and 2/1 in places, so for other bookies to offer 11/4 and 3/1 seems silly, I mean they can’t both be right?
The chances of this bet are boosted by the weak opposition. If USA bat first and score a low total then it significantly increases the chances of a Pakistan opening batsman winning this market.
Thank you to Lewis Jones, Jake Osgathorpe and Ben Coley for the recent winners. My target is to turn my £50 pot into a £1000 eventually and then spend that money on a little trip away and eventually start the process over.
Even if I don’t reach my target or it takes a long time, right now I’m enjoying my gambling again and that’s important to me.
If you have bet on the England v Bosnia game then perhaps take a minute to think if your approach to gambling is sensible right now and be a bit more patient.
Bet: Rizwan to be Top Pakistan Batsman v USA – 0.9pts – 3/1
