Oh dear. Well that went horribly wrong. It suddenly dawned on me at the end of my post yesterday that gambling £50 on an England game wasn’t a smart move. That said. my wagers returned £20 and a I have a £10 free bet coming my way, so it wasn’t as horrific as the game itself.
With so many betting opportunities at the moment my initial approach of placing one bet a day has been thrown in the recycling (love the planet folks) and today I’ve got 3 bets. Likely to rise to 4.
Let’s start with the generous offer by Dee. She’s loving life right now. She lured us in with some generous boosts which landed easily at the start of the tournament. The last 4 have all lost to bolster her bank balance even further.
But today’s looks one of the best offers yet. Assuming the initial price is correct (it’s normally not). Belgium to win and Lukaku to have over 0.5 Shots on Target has been enhanced from 1.9 to 3.0. Ta very much.
Despite the recent poor run for these boosts my profit stands at +7.25pts with a ROI of 33.88% from backing these selections, so I ain’t stopping yet.
We’ve all moaned at Southgate and how shit England have played but I’ve not heard a single comment about the format of European Championships these days. With 16 of the 24 teams progressing to the knockout stages, what do we expect? England have painfully topped their group and seemingly put in little effort. If this has left them fresh for the key games, then could it be a smart approach. Time will tell.
All four #EURo2024 games analysed – two bets put up.
You’ve simply got to back the mutually beneficial draw & dire game angle in Romania v Slovakia. 5/1 shot offered up.

That leads on to the Romania v Slovakia game this evening. Both teams will progress if this game finishes as a draw. The price on that has crashed from 3.1 to 2.1. I’ve followed the advice of both Lewis Jones and Mark O’Haire to create a 5/1 Bet Builder. Draw, Under 2.5 Goals and Both Teams Under 4.5 Corners. It’s such a predictable outcome here and no-one can really blame these two teams, it’s the format that needs looking at.
My third bet is following the advice of free football tipster Tippo. He’s currently the top ranked football tipster on this site. So makes sense to follow more of his selections.
Today’s pick is for Giorgi Kochorashvili to have Over 39.5 passes v Portugal. It’s landed in 5 of his last 7 matches for Georgia. 7 of the last 13 playmakers v Portugal have passed this line.
The big difference here is Portugal are through and might be happy to concede more possession to their opponents than they would if pushing for a win.
My final bet will be added when the team news for the 8pm games come in. Remember back in the day when Betting Kingdom was a tipster competition. One of the best strategies we found to beat the bookmakers was to back opposing full backs against wingers like Zaha and Traore.
The same applies in the Georgia v Portugal came with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia drawing 3 yellow cards in this tournament already. In the last 2 seasons for Napoli he’s drawn 25 yellow cards. So we will wait and see who starts right back for Portugal and invest a point in them getting carded. Some big prices are on offer so I’m excited about this one. Thanks to Lewis Jones for the insight on this selection.
Good luck with your bets today and always gamble responsibly.
