I love SkyBet right now. One of my go to bookmakers. 3rd on my list of most used bookies with around 12% of all bets I’ve placed, wagered at SkyBet. Their association with Sky is one that has launched them to the summit of the bookmaking industry.

Super 6 is a free competition that I’ve never really been able to get my head around. How can a company offer a prize that substantial for a free to enter competition? It must work. Pretty cool that someone I know, albeit rather fleetingly managed to scoop the £1 million jackpot a few seasons a go.

I find SkyBet really easy to use. Finding my bets is quick and simple. I can easily check my recent bets and tick of the long list of losers. At the time of writing this review they are actually my most profitable bookmaker. In the past I’ve been limited but they seem more willing these days to accept bets and all the time I continue to place small stakes, I’m hopeful that trend will continue.

For now, SkyBet are a bookmaker I would recommend to anyone (I don’t have an affiliate deal by the way) and hopefully you can have the same success I’ve had.

Decent in fact. I’ve had very little problems with SkyBet in terms of prices dropping. Perhaps on the smaller more random markets I bet on from time to time. Tipsters like Ben Coley will have an impact but generally SkyBet are now one of the best bookmakers I come across for maintaining their prices.

There was a time I was limited with SkyBet but that problem seems to have been resolved for now. As my most profitable bookmaker since I started tracking again I just have to hope my small stakes don’t catch their attention. It would be disappointing if they did given how little I’ve won.

Customer Service

I had a recent experience with the SkyBet customer service team where I incorrectly backed the wrong selection. Whilst bookmakers tend not to refund stakes in this situation they were really swift to reply and did in fact void my bet. I backed the correct selection, which then duly lost.

Skybet are really strong now on the markets they offer especially on the football. Players stats such as shots, fouls and tackles, to name a few are used a lot from the football tipsters I follow. SkyBet are clearly making an effort to rival other bookmakers for the service they offer to their customers, and do you know what, they are not that far behind.

It’s a bit fiddly at times. Especially when you hit the back button on a market and go back several pages to a main menu. That annoys me. But generally finding the right market is painless and takes very little time at all. Checking your settled and open bets is also very easy and I like the fact it tells you how much you’ve won (or lost) over the past 14 days. In my case I’m £52.07 down in the past 2 weeks. Bollocks. Wish I never mentioned that now.
